2021 is shaping up to be a very busy year for Divco. Currently the highly respected homebuilding company has four models under construction in three different communities throughout Southwest Florida.
The first to be completed will be the Spring Lake model in the private, luxury single-family community of Montebello, located off Airport-Pulling Road, across from Grey Oaks.
The Spring Lake, which is actually located on a lakefront homesite, is a three-bedroom plus study/three-and-a-half-bath home with 2,881 square feet under air and 3,884 total square feet, including a two-car garage.
The Spring Lake is scheduled to be completed in early 2021. Its final price has yet to be determined.
The other model under construction in Montebello is the Sonata, which has an even larger floor plan.
The four-bedroom plus study/three-bath Sonata has 3,048 square feet under air and 4,057 total square feet, including a three-car garage. The Sonata is similar to the Spring Lake in design, but with the addition of the third guest bedroom and expanded garage.
The Sonata is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2021. Its final price has not yet been determined.
