Divco’s Baywood model in Pine Ridge earned a total of four Sand Dollar Awards, two of which were awarded to Divco directly: Best Pool Design Over $50K and Best Specialty Feature Between $10-$30K for the wine room.

Clive Daniel Home won Interior Design of the Year ($3,500,001-$4,000,000) for the overall interior Design of the Baywood and local closet company, All About Closets, won Best Closet Organizational Design for the Baywood master bedroom closet.

The coveted Sand Dollar Award is the highest accolade given by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) annually.

The Sand Dollar Awards are presented each year to member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades and marketing, sales and/or advertising professionals who have demonstrated building, design and marketing excellence in Collier County.

“It is an honor to be recognized for excellence by our peers,” said Jennifer Lofstrand, a New Home Sales Consultant with Divco. “We pride ourselves on our superior Design-Build philosophy in this demanding custom home building market and delivering the homes and features our clients desire. The amazing pool and the wine room in the Baywood are now award-winning examples of that.”

A sold-out crowd of more than 500 professionals attended the 2018 Sand Dollar Awards Gala “The Secret Garden – Unlocking Naples’ Finest,” on Saturday, September 22nd at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort.

According to Sand Dollar Committee Chairperson, Minka McDonald of Jinx McDonald Interior Designs, Inc. who spearheaded this year’s event with Vice-Chairperson Jackie Nelson of Clive Daniel Home and Immediate Past-Chair Karen Gomez of Jeffrey Fisher, more than 250 prestigious Sand Dollar Awards were bestowed.

“CBIA put a lot of hard work into this event and it was an exciting to see all of our talented peers in one room of builders, architects and designers,” said Lofstrand.
