Stephen Kauffman
OWNER & CEO

Stephen moved to Naples in 1977 from Colorado and graduated from Barron Collier High School in its first graduating class. In 1983, he graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a degree in Business Administration and joined Divco Construction. By 1985, he was promoted to company president, purchasing it in 1990 from its founder. Stephen has been involved in all activities throughout its corporate history, its home-building. He guided the company from a small three-person company in the early 1980s to a company with over $50,000,000 in annual sales. Stephen holds a Class A State of Florida Contractors License and a Real Estate Brokers License.

Mark Eastman
PRESIDENT & MARCO ISLAND PROJECT MANAGER

A native of upstate New York, Mark moved to Naples in 1977 and has been involved in the local construction industry for 37 years. His education includes studies in architecture, drafting, and construction management. As President of Divco for nearly 30 years, his responsibilities are many and varied. They involve working directly with homeowners to design their custom homes, determine specifications, set budgets, and oversee and inspect the construction process of their new home.

Ron Glace
COO DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Ron moved to Florida from Pennsylvania in 1980 and has worked in the construction industry since then. Joining the Divco Custom Homes team in 2005 and as the current Director of Construction, Ron oversees all construction management and maintains a strong working relationship with homeowners and contractors. He holds a Class A State of Florida Contractors License and is certified as a Green Builder from the University of South Florida.

Shane Kauffman
CFO & BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

As the Chief Financial Officer, Shane Kauffman oversees the corporate finance, accounting, and risk management for Divco. Born and raised in Naples, he earned his Master’s in Accounting and his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Before joining Divco in 2016, Shane worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers FS insurance tax practice in Philadelphia. He also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.

Dave Chernin
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF DESIGN AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

As the new Executive Director of Design and Business Development, Dave will design new models in several of Divco’s single-family neighborhoods, including Montebello and Miromar Lakes. He received his BA degree in architecture from Pratt Institute in New York. He has worked in the Architectural Engineering and Construction industry for over 30 years, with experience in real estate and construction development. Utilizing his knowledge of architecture, master planning, and interior design, he will develop business for Divco in Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and the surrounding areas.

Kerry Reed
NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

Originally from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Kerry moved to Naples in 1986. He attended Eckerd College, where he earned his Associate of Arts, and then studied Marketing at the University of Florida. Kerry has been a New Homes Sales Consultant for over 30 years with numerous builders and developers throughout Southwest Florida. He is a Certified New Home Specialist, having promoted and sold over 500 homes throughout his career. He joins the team as a New Homes Sales Consultant for the Miromar Lakes and greater Naples area.

Adam Owen
NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

Adam Owen, a Kalamazoo, Michigan native, moved to Southwest Florida in 1991. In college, he studied Business and has held an active real estate license since 1992. In addition to his ten years of experience in custom home sales and custom home building specific to Southwest Florida, Adam holds a Florida Contractors License. He has been involved with building and selling new homes in Naples and Fort Myers for nearly 30 years. He joins Divco as a New Homes Sales Consultant for the Naples area.

Chase Kauffman
SUPERVISOR

Chase oversees Divco’s building sites throughout the SWFL area. Chase was born, raised, and graduated high school in Naples like his older brother. He attended Xavier University, where he majored in Business Management. Prior to joining Divco, Chase returned to Naples to work as a superintendent for DR Horton, joining our team in January 2019.

Sirena Dechert, Allied ASID
INTERIOR DESIGNER

As Divco’s in-house Interior Designer, Sirena helps our clients navigate the next steps in the design process. With a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Seminole State College of Florida and the experience of working in luxury interiors since 2013, she can guide you through the process of material and product selections. With a driving focus on client satisfaction, Sirena is determined to create timeless spaces that capture your unique style.
